CARLOS GARCÍA-MIRANDA

BIO

García-Miranda has worked as a litigation and corporate attorney in various law firms in the metropolitan area, attending civil and administrative cases in local and federal courts and agencies. He has served as a public official, working as an advisor, consultant and director of legislative affairs in the Senate and House of Representatives of Puerto Rico.

García-Miranda has an academic background in business administration, finance, accounting, environmental studies and urban planning. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Mentes Puertorriqueñas en Acción, a nonprofit organization that promotes youth leadership in Puerto Rico. He currently holds a real estate agent license.

OSCAR RIVERA-DÍAZ

CO-FOUNDER/ OF COUNSEL

BIO

Rivera-Díaz has worked as an attorney for one of the principal law firms in Puerto Rico, addressing matters related to corporate, environmental, tax, notarial and administrative law. He also has experience litigating before administrative agencies and handling appeals.

Rivera-Díaz has a LL.M. in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School and is an alumnus of the University of Puerto Rico School of Law. He is also the Treasurer of the Centro del Triunfo, a non-profit organization that provides integrated educational services to children with and without development deficiencies.
